  On 10 July 2017, the EBA received the official reply from the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine that clarified the peculiarities of application of the Technical Regulations on Limitations on the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment, approved by the Government Resolution N139 from 10 March 2017. In particular, the Ministry provided detailed information on peculiarities of labelling, application of national standards aimed to confirm compliance, using of Regulations before theirs entrance into force, etc. We are grateful to the Ministry for explicit explanations and hope for further constructive cooperation.
