The Verkhovna Rada reduced the administrative burden on agrarians during the war The European Business Association welcomes the adoption of draft law №7264 by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Thursday, May 12. This draft law eliminates the need to obtain the conclusion of the state sanitary and epidemiological examination for state registration of pesticides and agrochemicals; simplifies phytosanitary requirements for the export and movement of plant products across the territory of Ukraine; postpones the entry into force of the updated version of the Law of Ukraine On Veterinary Medicine and its bylaws etc. All these measures are effective for the period of martial law. We hope that this decision will support the uninterrupted production and supply of agricultural products during martial law. We thank the deputies, the team of the Agrarian and Land Policy Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, the teams of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for this vital decision!
