  Finding highly qualified employee is quite long-termed and cost-based process. Taking into account it, business and state bodies more often use tools of personnel evaluation and procedures for succession pipeline. Assessment Center as one of such methods became the topic of the EBA Odesa HR Committee meeting on January 30, 2018. Volodymyr Dibrov - a coach of the WAVE Odessa Business School, an MBA with experience in human resources management - shared the secrets of effective valuation. The speaker highlighted stages of its implementation and the processing of results, accented the role of moderator. During the meeting we found out that the Assessment Center, like advanced methods for candidates’ selection and estimation, can help to accurately choose the best person of ten, reducing your time with a mass set.  Also, as Natalia Yurganova, the Committee Head, noted: It is a kind of integrated method for diagnosing potential performance in professional activities. It looks like a business game and is aimed at tracking the competencies traits in certain business situations.
