What we say and how we do it can tell a lot about us. Modern research in psycholinguistic science has long proven the importance of the correct use of linguistic means for the company’s work. Therefore, at the EBA HR-Committee meeting we raised an interesting topic: The Language of Companies: How Managers Create Organizational Reality.
Olexiy Zimovin, a practicing psychologist, Ph.D. in psychology and psycholinguist of Factor Publishing House, spoke about various linguistic categories and their relation to the problems of creating social and organizational reality. This gave the participants a new look at the work of the business and explained some of the company’s complex problems causes.
