  Yet again and during the meeting of HR HUB together with the ILF Law Firm experts, Kateryna Zaslavska, the Director of the Kyiv office, and Oleksiy Golovin, a lawyer, talks were resumed about the property liability damages as well as the equally important topic of «difficult» workers and how to minimize the damage they cause to business. Mr Oleksiy summed up the conditions of collective (brigade) responsibility application in general and special order. Special attention was paid to evidentiary ways to prove the involvement and guilt of employees in causing harm, methods of pre-trial settlement, the procedure for receiving compensation, etc. Kateryna Zaslavska clarified the psychological state of causing harm to business by toxic workers. Practical advice was also provided from the point of view of a lawyer and HR manager on how to interact with such people at the stages of hiring, working and dismissal.
