The complete construction of the HR-system will allow the company to avoid many problems that are deliberately laid down at the stage of developing the business idea. HR’s functional is the provision of business tools for managing subordinates and building a company’s management system. The presence of a staff manager in the company in most cases does not say that the HR function is performed qualitatively and in full. After all, human capital management is a management business function, which first of all begins with a CEO, – Natalia Yurganova noted at the EBA Odesa HR HUB meeting opening on March 21.
Svetlana Dzyubenko spoke about modern crossfunctions, concepts, company’s life cycles, distribution of responsibility for human capital in a company, a pyramid of strategies and consulting in personnel management.
The main idea that was understood and accepted by the participants at the meeting is that the first and perhaps most important thing in any organization that determines success is the availability of a strategy and clear goals. People working in an organization must understand where the company moves, what it wants to achieve and what projects will be used for it. It means that the strategy should be informed to the staff, and any, even minor, transformation should be supported by the implemented program, which includes a communications plan, a set of activities such as training, if it is necessary, the preparation of a group of opinion leaders, by whom people are guided.
