  Investments in company’s human capital – in other words, personnel studying and development – is one of the key business success indicators. Though, understanding of corporate learning necessity is never enough for its implementation. It is crucial to turn from chaos to systematicity. On October 30, 2018 at the EBA HR Committee meeting Dr. Shilova Business Lyceum experts Elizaveta Shilova and Anna Rudenko in lay terms made clearer the definition of ‘corporate studying systematicity’; the instruments used when identifying the need for learning; assessment if its efficiency, etc. So, the basic is the following: systematicity in studying exists only when it is maintained in accordance with the company’s business strategy. We are grateful to the speakers for an interactive event and unstandard material handling.
