Every day, professionals in both the Employment Service and the private sector face the same challenges – vague job descriptions, inflated employer expectations, bias in candidate selection, and burnout from routine. To equip recruiters, career advisors from the State Employment Service and private sector, as well as anyone striving to apply a modern and inclusive approach to hiring, we have created the online course “Modern Recruitment”. We also cover artificial intelligence and how recruiters can use it in practice, explain how to build a personal brand on social media and collaborate with partners, and share tips on organizing work without burnout.
