02/ 03/ 2021
When you are well dressed, others notice you, when bad - your clothes, - Coco Chanel (c). Appearance is one of the important aspects of the image of a successful business woman. In addition, clothing affects behavior and influences the tone of other peoples communication. Thats why the golden rules of the wardrobe are so important in business and everyday life. On March 2, 2021, during an online meeting of the EBA Odesa Womens Club: Dress code: codes of etiquette we talked about how with the clothes and appearance could help to cultivate good manners and self-esteem. Thus, the speaker of the event - Victoria Romashchenko, a specialist in etiquette and author of the cultural and educational project Etiquette Familia told what types of dress-code exist and which will be appropriate for you. Moreover, the participants learned how clothes affect our emotional condition and set the tone for behavior, how the degree of formality of the event affects the same costume and what you need to do to enjoy your appearance. To do this, the clothes you choose should be appropriate to the context - namely to your age, status, weather conditions, position. Also, the best way to determine how to dress is to look closely at those who are successful in your professional field and whose achievements are your passion. Flipping through business magazines, mark photos of prominent representatives of the business and analyze style of their clothes and accessories. Remember, that the main task of a business dress code is to draw the attention of others to what you say or do and emphasize business qualities. Sooner or later, the combination of certain things, textures and shades will become a integral image of yourself, and individual details will emphasize your individuality. We thanks the speaker for the guide to the world of etiquette codes, and the participants for a lively discussion and positive emotions! We were glad to gather in a circle of the ladies who want to always be on top both at work and in personal life.
