EBA ESG HUB summed up the year: 2025 trends and ESG implementation practices

  On 15 December 2024, the concluding session of the EBA ESG HUB took place at MHP’s culinary centre. The event was dedicated to summarising the hubs activities and discussing current topics in the field of ESG. The event was supported by MHP. Speakers included representatives of the EBA ESG HUB board, such as Volodymyr Zabela, Viktoriia Nahirniak, and Yuliia Tiroshko, who moderated the event. Representatives from MHP shared their experience in implementing ESG practices: Pavlo Moroz, Director of the CSR Department at MHP, spoke about the “MHP Poruch” programme aimed at reintegration and veteran support, while Natalia Obolenska highlighted the well-being of veterans and their families. Participants also heard from Olha Makohon of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Reform Office, who outlined trends for 2025, and Olha Maslova, author of the books “When Will I Finally Get Enough Sleep?” and “Adventures of Cells”, lecturer, and expert in chronobiology, regenerative technologies, and fundamental biology, who discussed chronobiology for both civilians and the military. Bohdan Ilchenko from the organisation “TITANS UA” presented their activities, while Liudmyla Tsyhanok, President of the Professional Association of Environmentalists of the World (PAEW), shared valuable insights on implementing ESG strategies in business. The meeting covered annual results and trends for 2025 in veteran practices, the potential of chronobiology to support military personnel and veterans, and the benefits of adopting ESG strategies for businesses. The event brought together representatives of member companies of the EBA, charitable organisations, and experts. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers, share experiences, and engage in networking, fostering stronger cooperation between business, the public sector, and the state.
