The Western Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association joined the Austrian Business Circle Lviv Edition in Lviv, held as part of the official visit of an Austrian business delegation to Ukraine

15/ 04/ 2026
The event brought together around 80 representatives of business, government and regional development, creating a platform for direct dialogue between Austrian and Ukrainian partners. Among the participants were Austria’s Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Energy and Tourism Wolfgang Hattmannsdorfer, Vice President of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber Andreas Herz, as well as Maksym Kozytskyy, Khrystyna Zamula and Andriy Moskalenko, setting a clear focus on practical outcomes. The discussion focused on energy and infrastructure recovery, investment opportunities in Western Ukraine, tourism development, and effective business–government cooperation. It was especially valuable to see Austrian-origin companies already operating in Ukraine and being part of our community, including Dunapack Ukraine and Kettenwerk Company, alongside other Austrian businesses. For our office, this is about more than participation. It is about access to decision-making dialogue, new opportunities for companies, and strengthening international cooperation. We thank the organizers for the invitation and for creating a platform that turns official visits into real business partnerships.
