The EBA Western Ukrainian Office Discussed Areas of Cooperation with KPMG within the Transformation Ukraine Initiative

27/ 10/ 2025
The Western Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association recently met with colleagues from KPMG — Maksym Voitsekhivskyi (KPMG in Ukraine) and Nikolai Kiskalt (KPMG Deutschland). During the meeting, we presented the activities of the Office, which brings together the business community of seven western regions of Ukraine, and discussed potential areas of cooperation within the Transformation Ukraine initiative. The main focus was on the development of the German Ukrainian business corridor and long term investments aligned with the strategic priorities of German companies, including industrial manufacturing, energy, the agricultural sector, and the food industry. We also explored the promising direction of High End Outsourcing, drawing on Poland’s experience in cities such as Wroclaw, Katowice, and Krakow. We discussed how these models could be adapted to the realities of Western Ukraine. The growth potential in this area is truly significant. Despite the challenges, the consistent support for Ukraine from German partners is truly inspiring. We sincerely thank KPMG for their professionalism and continued presence, which make a real difference for the region’s business ecosystem. The Western Ukrainian Office of the EBA will continue to serve as a platform connecting Ukrainian business with European partners, fostering sustainable development and the implementation of joint projects.
