EBA GMM with the Acting Head of the State Fiscal Service Main Department in the Dnipropetrovsk region

The fiscal service has become a sign of service itself, and there have been recent significant positive changes in the interaction between business and tax authorities, said Oleksandr Bondarchuk, chairman of the EBA Dnipro Finance and Tax Committee, managing partner of the Absolut Law Agency during a general meeting with the Acting Head of the Main Department of the State Fiscal Service in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Ms. Oksana Tomchuk, held on February 22. Oksana Tomchuk noted that the SFS focuses its efforts on fruitful cooperation with business and the public, on further developing a tolerant partnership relationship with them. After all, feedback from taxpayers allows us quickly resolve issues that arise in the relationship between government and business. One of the main tasks of the fiscal service is taking into account the requirements of time by creating the most comfortable conditions for business to conveniently pay statutory taxes and fees. The arrangement for a constructive dialogue has made it possible for all participants to face the directors of the SFS with the most pressing issues facing the business today, to receive detailed answers to them, as well as to express their proposals regarding certain areas of tax legislation and innovations in it. In particular, during the meeting, such issues as technical features of the process of registration of electronic tax invoices, blocking of tax invoices, inspections, taxation of income tax, transfer pricing, land tax, etc. were discussed. We thank to the State Fiscal Service in Dnipropetrovsk Region and Mrs. Tomchuk personally for their openness and attention to business problems, the opportunity to meet and fruitful discussion.
