Baker McKenzie advised on the sale of the Ukrainian laboratory operations of Invitro

  Kyiv, Ukraine, 26 November 2018. Baker McKenzie advised Invitro on the sale of its Ukrainian laboratory operations to Medicover. The deal was signed on 17 October 2018. The operations consist of about 60 blood-drawing points (BDPs) and one laboratory, focused on eastern and central Ukraine. The transaction is expected to be closed in early 2019. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
