Departure of men abroad during martial law

However, among them there are separate categories for which freedom of movement is preserved. Today, men are allowed to cross the state border: Which are excluded from military registration. This is possible in cases when the man is disabled, or he was excluded from military registration by the relevant opinion of the military medical commission. Temporarily unfit for service. Such ineligibility must be confirmed by relevant documents. Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on their way to treatment after injuries received as a result of hostilities. Persons with the first, second or third group of disabilities. They must confirm their status with a certificate from the medical and social expert commission. It can also be a certificate confirming disability, a pension certificate or a document that contains information that this person uses social benefits. To the Peoples Deputies of Ukraine, employees of military administration bodies, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, the SBU, the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine, the National Police of Ukraine, the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigation, the State Executive Service of Ukraine, the Office of State Security of Ukraine. Applicants of professional, professional pre-higher and higher education, trainee assistants, post-graduate students and doctoral students studying on a full-time basis. Also, a representative of the stronger sex can leave the borders of Ukraine if he is the father of at least three children, or if he himself is raising a child or children under 18 years of age. A man will be allowed to cross the border if he is traveling with his wife who has the I or II disability group or accompanies his own child with a disability, congenital developmental defects, oncology, insulin addiction, etc.
