Online course on “Project Management in the Public Sector” has been presented

  Effective project management is crucial, especially in challenging times, to ensure sustainable development and recovery. It optimizes resource utilization and enables swift responses to societal challenges and needs. As part of the Recovery and Resilience Program, East Europe Foundation has launched an online course titled “Project Management in the Public Sector”. The primary objective of this course is to enhance the competencies of project management specialists within regional state administrations, municipalities, and regional development agencies. The online course is available for free on the Zrozumilo! educational online platform. The curriculum encompasses the fundamental rules and principles of project management, its specific application in the public sector, and includes invaluable insights from leading experts. Course presenters include: Myroslav Kosheliuk, an expert in strategic planning of local and regional development Natalia Starynska, a project manager, trainer, and consultant on project management according to PMI standards Vadym Tabakera, Deputy Director of the Economic Policy Department of Lviv Regional State Administration The course comprises eight instructional videos and an interview with a current civil servant, designed to help public actors in Ukraine enhance their knowledge and effectively implement projects in their communities or regions.
