Latest customs law developments relating to AEO and simplifications. How can businesses effectively prepare for authorisation in the new circumstances?

The Customs Code provisions permitting customs clearance without physical presentation to customs authorities will no longer be in effect, and the companies not holding the authorisation for simplification will have to use customs terminals for their customs clearance. At the same time, the authorisation process remains a significant challenge to businesses.
