Webinar “Resilience or burnout? How leaders and managers are ending the year and what will be important to consider for the equally challenging 2024”
Date: 7 December 2023
Time: 10:00 am (Kyiv time)
Format: online (Zoom)
The second year of Ukrainians’ courageous fight against the enemy and the challenges of war is coming to an end. We are constantly demonstrating resilience, but cases of emotional burnout are becoming more frequent among company executives, i.e. people who are responsible for the team climate, strategy and sometimes unpopular decisions.
Given this trend, the topic of the next webinar within the CMS Rebuilding Ukraine: People initiative will be the burnout of executives and tips on how to maintain their resilience in the coming year 2024, which will certainly be full of new, no less complex challenges.
The webinar will take place on 7 December at 10:00 am Kyiv time on the Zoom platform.
The CMS team has invited renowned experts united by the goal of revealing the causes, consequences and methods of counteracting the burnout among Ukrainian business leaders. Oksana Semeniuk, an organisational transformation mentor and behavioural strategist, will talk about how leaders and managers feel and reflect amidst constant stress and uncertainty in the world and in Ukraine; Vira Larina, a business group manager at IT company Miratech, will share strategies used by leaders to develop their resilience and the resilience of their teams in 2023; Volodymyr Stanchyshyn, a psychologist and psychotherapist, co-founder and head of the Laboratory of Changes mental health centre, will tell what Christmas and New Year’s resolutions are important to make in order to develop in 2024 and how to keep your own resources in balance.
The discussion will be moderated by Olga Belyakova, Partner at CMS Kyiv office and Co-Head of CMS Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice in Central and Eastern Europe, and Tetiana Bugasova, Chief Operating Officer at CMS Kyiv office.
The discussion will be interactive, intense and interesting. Join us!
