EBA announces its New President and Vice Presidents for 2022

30/ 11/ 2021
On November 29, there was the first meeting of the renewed Board of the European Business Association. Apart from approving the admission of new members to the Association, the EBA Board had to perform another very important mission – to elect a new President of the Association. We are pleased to announce that Tiberiu Dima, Managing Director at BASF Ukraine, has been elected as the new EBA President. We congratulate Tiberiu Dima on this position and hope that all together – the Board, members of Association and authorities – we will be able to implement meaningful initiatives to make Ukraine a favourable place for doing business. Also, we would like to thank the outgoing EBA President – Mr. Tomas Fiala, CEO at Dragon Capital, for his important contribution to the development of the Association. Besides, yesterday the EBA Board elected a Vice President. As decided by the votes of the Board, Mauro Longobardo, CEO at ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, becomes the new EBA Vice President and, Olena Voloshyna, Head of the Activity of IFC in Ukraine, continues to serve as the EBA Vice President. Thus, we are once again pleased to welcome the renewed EBA Board which will set a course for the development of our community in 2022: Oleksandr Pysaruk, Raiffeisen Bank Aval Adrian-Valentin Pascu, Danone Alessandro Zanelli, Nestle Ukraine Tomas Fiala, Dragon Capital Dmytro Sholomko, Google Ukraine Oliver Gierlichs, Bayer Luc Chénier, Kyiv Post Bogdan Yarmolenko, EY Sergii Gontar, Philips Ukraine Olena Vdovychenko, METRO Cash&Carry Ukraine Taras Kytsmey, SoftServe Maciej Tomasz Zielinski, Siemens Ukraine
