15/ 10/ 2024
The European Business Association and the  EBA’s Committee on Lobbying and Transparent Policies welcome the adoption of Government Resolution No. 1128, which approved the Code of Ethical Conduct for Lobbying Entities. These rules will come into effect simultaneously with the new Law of Ukraine No. 3606-IX On Lobbying, the adoption of which marks an important step toward regulating lobbying activities and ensuring ethical interaction between businesses and government bodies. The Code establishes ethical conduct guidelines for lobbying entities and outlines the features of interaction between lobbying entities and their targets, clients, beneficiaries, and other lobbying entities. The Committee on Lobbying and Transparent Policies has supported the necessity of adopting these rules and plans to actively promote their implementation within the professional community.
