Government has approved a procedure for determining damage and losses caused to Ukraine as a result of armed aggression of Russia

  On 20 March 2022, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 326 On approval of the procedure for determining damage and losses caused to Ukraine as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. The approved Procedure provides for: areas of determining damage and losses, their main indicators state authorities authorized to approve and agree on methodologies for determining damage and the amount of social benefits state authorities responsible for determining damage and losses in the relevant area Damage and losses due to Russias armed aggression are determined according to methodologies developed and approved separately in the following areas: The list of key indicators that are assessed to determine the damage and losses due to Russias armed aggression is given in the Resolution separately for each of the areas and can be supplemented in the relevant methodologies.
