Ukraine has received additional permits for road transport to Poland

16/ 02/ 2022
Yesterday, February 15, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine and the Ministry of Infrastructure of the Republic of Poland agreed on increasing the quota of international road transport permits for Ukrainian carriers. The European Business Association sincerely thanks the team of the Government and the Ministry of Infrastructure and hopes that such a decision will help solve the problem of lack of road transport permits, which has been extremely relevant for business in recent years. As a result of negotiations, Ukraine and Poland decided to grant each other an additional 20,000 permits by the end of August 2022. And another 10,000 permits will be granted in November upon implementation of a joint Ukrainian-Polish checkpoints development plan which will be agreed on shortly. The European Business Association continues to support the Ministry of Infrastructure in establishing a dialogue with the EU to eliminate the need to obtain permits for road transportation of goods from Ukraine to the EU. We thank Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Mustafa Masi Nayyem and his team for hearing the voice of business and for the incredible efforts in negotiating with the Republic of Poland!   Be the first to learn about the latest EBA news with our Telegram-channel – EBAUkraine.
