Last week, the European Business Association agreed on cooperation with the NGO Barrier-Free which implies namely: creating conditions for open dialogue – so that companies, that have barrier-free practices, share experiences with colleagues, respond to their requests and honestly talk about all the pros and cons; providing mentoring support to those who are just gaining experience in implementing barrier-free; promoting the ideas of barrier-free business so that there are no stereotypes that barrier-free is a charity that brings no practical benefits for a company.
