Series of Intensives “Exciting Operations”

04/ 06/ 2024
For the first time on June 19, the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School will launch the Exciting Operations series of intensives developed by Apple Consulting® for anyone tired of constantly putting out fires and wanting to build a reliable engine in business. The series begins with two intensives for retailers (and their suppliers), revealing the principles and tools for building controlled operational processes in network retailing: from strategy in choosing formats to managing goods on shelves. Participation formats: online or offline. Participants will learn about the highly competitive logic and mechanics of retailer operations, which represent a new mindset in supply chain work. The program authors set themselves an ambitious goal - to help companies love operations by understanding the logic and creating an ecosystem of appropriate tools. Guest speakers of the program will share the secrets of building processes in retail/supply chains: Serhiy Voytsekhovsky, a member of the BGV Group Management Board, co-founder of the KOLO network, and Stepan Slynychuk, Executive Director of the SOVA jewelry house and the LOVE YOU brand. The Management Development Program was created by Apple Consulting® in collaboration with the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (kmbs). Instructors and authors: Julia Plieva, Founder and CEO of Apple Consulting®, Adjunct Professor at kmbs, Member of the Aspen Community in Ukraine, and Oleksandr Sokolenko, Project Manager at Apple Consulting®. Companies interested in ensuring sustainable development and getting rid of firefighting are invited to participate. The program is based on Theory of Constraints (TOC) approaches and their application experience in various environments. Participants have the opportunity to receive express diagnostics of their own network free of charge on a competitive basis.
