But behind all the obvious benefits of modern communications, there are digital traps that are easy to fall into if you dont take care of your personal safety and the reputation of your business in a timely manner. Such Internet hunters are, in particular, hackers. If we consider the hacker community as a family, then we can appeal to the old Ukrainian saying: ...not all sons are the same. The most talented representatives of the profession are trying to defend the information front of our country. But, unfortunately, there are also those who, despite the integrity of the country, think about their own enrichment. And for this, in particular, resort to: damage, theft and use of confidential information, the protection of which is provided for by the GDPR; use without permission of the sign owner for goods and services; Internet piracy; disclosure of confidential information by an employee who had access to it. Whats more, hackers can resort to other actions for which current legislation provides for criminal liability. This, as an example, is confirmed by the decisions of national courts in cases No. 757/39647/19-k and 757/16076/21.
