EQ is the intellectual ability to deal with yours and others feelings, to be considered with others and to build relationships with them on the trust and empathy. Such skills could be developed through self-knowledge and surrounding. That’s what we did on 10 October on the EBA Odesa Personal and Corporate Efficiency Studio. Maya Puzhaylo, Amograce studio’s expert noted that, employees show leadership skills, work more effectively as a team, communicate better with each other, with clients and partners in the companies with EQ developed culture. Employers are more willing to hire those who skillfully combine mind and emotion. Participants learned that due to the developed skill of self-awareness, we can objectively evaluate our strengths and areas of growth. We could see things as they really are. After all, the skillful management of emotions greatly increases the ability to inspire and lead, to influence the surrounding positive methods and to create a real DreamTeam around you. In addition, our body is for emotional awareness, so just catch the wave, and such skill will not require much effort.
