In fact, pshycologists elucidate that about 80% of communication is carried out non-verbal and only 20% of information is transmited by words. One of the methods for analizing behaviour of other people and discovering ourself is profiling. In view of this, the regular meeting of EBA Odesa Personal & Corporate Efficiency Studio was dedicated to the topic: Profiling: time to understand yourself and others. Speakers Larisa Kyrylova and Serhii Matiushonok described this technique in detail and presented several tools for a better understanding a person, its character, motives of behavior. Participants learned how to compose a psychological profile and use this information in sales, negotiations, personal areas, how to interpret nonverbal signals of unconscious conduct and to distinguish types of inaccurate information. In general, knowledge and use of basic profiling technologies will help to find an approach to each person, conceive and predict his/her future actions.
