With some people it comes out, but with some its not that constructive dialogue, but also in principle, communication is impossible. And there would be nothing if it was not necessary to speak with him for professional, family or personal reasons. At the next meeting of the Associations personal and corporate effectiveness studios in Odessa, we talked about how to be when traditional communication methods are impossible and how to construct a constructive conversation. Speakers Alexander Kaigorodov, President of the Carpe Diem Debate Club and Pavlo Bogachenko, co-founder of Debate for changes NGOs explained what the reason for the intolerable behavior of the interlocutors was, whether to respond to natural reactions and how to be in situations where we behave irrationally. The participants learned how to construct a constructive conversation and be the winner in this situation, about possible behavior techniques, in particular the cycle of prudence. The presenters also worked on the situations of life on the basis of the proposed techniques of communication and received recommendations on thematic literature.
