Corporate security issue is taken up with any organization, regardless of the sphere of its activity. Presence of human resources changes the scheme of business management, reducing to itself the sphere of security. In order to learn how to maintain effective management and act in stressful situations, on July 18, 2017, we gathered at the EBA Odesa Personal and Corporate Studio. Speaker was Kostiantyn Zhuravel, founder of CENTER Security Agency and the first in Ukraine social project Gromadska Bezpeka. Highlighting the topic of the meeting Human Factor in Business Security he told about employees’ actions that lead to lower financial performance, how to deal with it, and how to cope with a situation where a business owner loses control, how to diagnose potential problems in a company and manage risks. Participants also talked about business environment and mission, psychology of personnel management in the context of modern living conditions, importance of an objective assessment of the situation in business and emotional intelligence, differences in male and female business practices, and key factors for success.
