LeaderMind Committee, the Committee for Personal and Business Development, has been launched

In times of uncertainty, the key leadership skill is not prediction. It is the ability to work with the future. This idea became the starting point of the first meeting of the LeaderMind Committee, at the Western Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association. The session gathered business owners and senior executives for a discussion on how leaders make strategic decisions when the future is inherently uncertain. The discussion was led by Oleksii Ogurtsov, Co-Founder of the Expert Hospital Network and Chair of the Committee. Instead of focusing on forecasts, the conversation explored how modern companies increasingly rely on scenario thinking, strategic flexibility and long-term vision. The LeaderMind Committee was created as a platform for strengthening strategic thinking, leadership maturity and executive dialogue among business leaders in Western Ukraine.
