From now on, TV and Internet can be paid at OTP Bank UA

The OTP Bank UA application continues to develop, adding new functions: from now on, it provides the option of paying for television and Internet. The service is free, and using it is simple and convenient, said Oleg Klymenko, OTP Bank board member responsible for the retail business development. A new feature that customers have been waiting for has been added to the app. This is important for users, because with todays fast pace of life, there is often a need to pay for a television services package here and now, right before viewing. Or one need to urgently get access to the Internet, and for this one need to pay a bill. We always try to learn as much as possible about customer pains in order to offer the most useful solutions in our gentle mobile banking. Now its turn for utility payments at OTP Bank UA, said O. Klymenko. To use the new service, the client needs to select a card, go to the Payments menu item, click on Utility and Internet, then - Payment for Internet and TV. Enter the name of the company in the search field. After that, the system will ask for a personal account, which identifies the service user. Finally, the client needs to enter the amount and confirm the payment. Repeat payment can be made in a few clicks, for this one need to go to the payment history, click Repeat payment, enter the amount and confirm. The payment history and a receipt can be found in the list of card transactions or in the Utility and Internet section.
