Lidea’s social responsibility surged tenfold during the turbulent times of war

Along with seeds for the nations farmers, humanitarian aid consistently flows to conflict-affected areas, often driven by the compassionate initiative of the companys region-based employees who witness the pressing needs firsthand. In a celebratory gesture this September, marking its third anniversary, Lidea, in collaboration with Rotary Club Kyiv - Capital, an NGO, bestowed charitable aid amounting to UAH 339,739 to a kindergarten in the city of Ichnia, Chernihiv Oblast. Before the onset of cold weather, the children will be sheltered with new wooden window and door replacements in their bedrooms and playrooms; state-of-the-art boilers, along with contemporary desks for senior groups and educational and developmental materials, will be purchased. But the crown jewel of Lidea and Rotarys joint efforts was to grace the children with a new playground. Serhiy But, the Deputy General Director of Lidea Ukraine LLC, reflected: At Lidea, our daily work is dedicated to Ukraines food security and independence, domestic agricultural market, and the well-being of every Ukrainian. Our children encapsulate our future hopes, and whenever we can pave a smoother path for their growth, we dont hesitate. The Lidea team seeks to extend a helping hand wherever the need arises and by using all possible resources, fully aware of the fact that they cant possibly address every concern. Yet, they remain steadfast in their belief that the collective efforts of all conscientious businesses are catalysing a brighter tomorrow for Ukraine.
