SoftServe Wins Gold in 2021 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Leadership Development Awards

  SoftServe is awarded by the American consulting agency Brandon Hall Group for a unique learning ecosystem focused on the personal development of the associates. SoftServe has won Gold in the Best Advance in Coaching and Mentoring nomination at the prestigious 2021 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Leadership Development Awards. The company implements mentoring and coaching practices that help develop employees, gain new competencies, and strengthen leaders within the company. Individually oriented learning at SoftServe is part of the corporate educational ecosystem. SoftServe University provides educational solutions in 22 different formats. Along with training, long-term programs, and e-courses, mentoring and coaching allow the associates to gain new knowledge and experience much faster. It also allows to improve the performance of employees, develop efficiency, and most importantly, satisfy the individual educational need, which is not always possible in group learning. In a fast-growing company, mentoring allows getting not only the competencies and best practices but also to develop corporate culture. Because a mentor is a role model and example to follow as well as a person who supports you and gives you a chance to feel yourself part of the company. At the same time, coaching is the instrument for development and an important part of leadership development. Weve focused on these two priorities - we allow working with the best-certified coaches individually and we teach company leaders to be coaches for their teams. 99% of our mentors and coaches are company employees.
