“AI for Marketing: Practical Tools and Agents for Audience Analysis, SMM, Communications, and Analytics”

19/ 09/ 2025
Modern businesses increasingly rely on fast and accurate data analysis, personalized communications, and effective SMM strategies. These challenges are particularly relevant for Ukrainian companies operating under wartime conditions and with limited resources. That’s why the Southern Ukrainian office of the European Business Association (EBA Odesa) continued its “AI for Business” event series with an online session focused on applying AI in marketing, held on September 17, 2025.  The event was opened by Kateryna Morozova, Head of the EBA Odesa. She emphasized that EBA Odesa explores AI applications across different business areas to help companies effectively integrate modern technologies into their processes. “Today’s session focused on marketing, which is especially important for regional companies: effective data use and communication automation help make faster decisions, personalize customer interactions, and stay competitive,” - she noted.  Speakers became: Tetyana Honcharenko – Member of the Supervisory Board at Crowe Mikhailenko, Partner, Grants and Business Process Expert; and Anton Spyridonov – Partner at Crowe Mikhailenko, Head of Digital Transformation Practice. During the session, participants explored how AI is transforming marketing and business communications:  ICP Analysis and Segmentation: turning business tasks into clear maps of audience segments and key messages.  AI Agents for Communications: automated creation of content plans, personalized email templates, and chat messages.  SMM Automation: from content matrices and UTM tagging to scheduling social media posts.  Video and Analytics Agents: generating video content and creating dashboards to monitor performance metrics.  Ethics and Data Security: working with public data, fact-checking, and respecting copyright.  A separate strategic block focused on AI integration into business strategy and ROI measurement. Speakers highlighted how AI can reduce creative production time from weeks to hours, increase targeting accuracy by 30–50%, and improve budget efficiency by 20–40%. They showcased how tools such as Google Ads Asset Studio and Palantir support transparency, accelerate hypothesis testing, and provide predictive insights.  The discussion also addressed AI-related risks, such as algorithmic bias, model “hallucinations,” data leakage, and the potential loss of brand uniqueness. The experts stressed the importance of human oversight, data quality control, and compliance with transparency standards.  The session highlighted that AI is already a powerful tool for marketing: from audience analysis and personalized communications to SMM automation and analytics. Integrating agents into marketing processes enables companies to make informed decisions faster and increase communication efficiency in a dynamic business environment.  EBA Odesa thanks the speakers for their professional insights and the participants for their active engagement, questions, and experience sharing.
