Sayenko Kharenko represented AKSER GROUP LLC and Association “Greenhouses of Ukraine”

  International trade practice of Sayenko Kharenko has successfully represented AKSER GROUP LLC and Association “Greenhouses of Ukraine” in an anti-dumping investigation related to imports of heat insulation materials with origin in Belarus and Russia into Ukraine. Sayenko Kharenko represented clients’ interests at all stages of the investigation, including drafting commentaries, submitting answers to questionnaires, participating at the hearings, and drafting commentaries on preliminary determination. Following the investigation results,Sayenko Kharenko’s international trade team has managed to prove necessity to exclude mineral substrate for growing plants from the application of anti-dumping duties. Initially, the domestic industry has requested the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine to include the mineral substrate into the measure. Associates Tetiana Tanchyn, Mariia Shulha and junior associate Oleksandra Sandul worked on the project under general supervision of partner Anzhela Makhinova.
