Sayenko Kharenko and YouControl launch a fourth “Assessment of business security in Ukraine”

17/ 09/ 2024
Sayenko Kharenko law firm, in collaboration with YouControl, announces the commencement of their joint annual research “Assessment of business security in Ukraine”, which analyses key risks faced by business leaders in Ukraine. This is the firm’s fourth study within this initiative, aimed at identifying threats affecting businesses and opportunities for adaptation. The collected data will allow businesses to understand current challenges better and develop strategies to minimise risks. Previous studies conducted by the firm involved a wide range of participants, including representatives of Ukrainian companies and international corporations operating in Ukraine. They helped identify the most pressing business risks and threats, which have changed due to war, economic instability, and other factors. Last year’s research results can be accessed via the link. “In today’s conditions, businesses in Ukraine face unique challenges. Our study helps not only to identify risks but also to uncover new opportunities for adaptation and development. We invite the business community to participate, as the free exchange of information contributes to strengthening the resilience of companies and reinforcing their market positions,” comments partner Sergiy Pogrebnoy. The research will begin on 13 September 2024, and last one month. Business leaders and owners can participate by completing the questionnaire using the link. All responses will be strictly confidential, and the research results will be consolidated into a general report, which will be published at the end of November 2024. We invite all interested parties to join the study and contribute to the development of the business community in Ukraine.
