Sayenko Kharenko advised on EUR 349.3 million facility extended to Ukraine under the World Bank guarantee

  Sayenko Kharenko acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to Deutsche Bank as a lender and arranger of EUR 394.3 million term facility extended to Ukraine under the guarantee of the World Bank. The financing was provided in the form of two tranches of EUR 53.2 million and EUR 296.1 million maturing in 4 and 10 years respectively. Sayenko Kharenko’s team was led by Igor Lozenko and Anton Korobeynikov and included junior associates Oles Trachuk, Sofia-Maria Kuzminska and Nazarii Pylypchuk.
