Sayenko Kharenko and EBA will conduct an “Assessment of business security in Ukraine”

13/ 09/ 2023
Sayenko Kharenko and EBA will combine their experience and expertise to conduct a joint research, “Assessment of business security in Ukraine,” to obtain and consolidate information on the critical challenges business leaders face in Ukraine.  This is the third survey performed by Sayenko Kharenko as part of this initiative. By collecting data from various companies, we identify common trends and risks affecting business in the country. It is important to note that these studies simultaneously point to problems and reveal opportunities because companies can develop strategies to adapt and find new ways to grow by understanding the logic of threats and their impact on business.  The previous study, conducted in the fall of 2021 jointly with PwC, involved representatives of Ukrainian companies and companies with foreign capital from various industries. They identified the relevant risks to the Ukrainian business community. More information about the results of the survey is available here.  “It’s not the first year that Ukrainian business has been forced to face new challenges. In the face of constant changes, such as war, pandemic and economic crises, it is important to be prepared for different scenarios and respond quickly and effectively. The research led by Sayenko Kharenko, together with EBA Ukraine, is an important tool for understanding the current business environment in Ukraine. We provide open access to the results of such studies because we believe that the free exchange of information and experience will contribute to a better understanding of the current situation among Ukrainian enterprises, as well as help to increase business sustainability and strengthen its position,” says Sayenko Kharenko’s partner Sergey Pogrebnoy.  To support the initiative, we invite business leaders and owners in Ukraine to take part in the survey by answering the questions in the questionnaire.  All responses are confidential and anonymous and will be consolidated into a general report for a special event.
