  On November 11, Smile-Expo organized the first Biohacking Conference Kyiv 2020, dedicated to efficient ways to promote health, prolong youth and achieve longevity. Event gathered geneticists, doctors, biogerontologists, virologists, embryologists, pathophysiologists, meditation coaches, face fitness experts and other specialists at one platform. The speakers analyzed peculiarities of the human body, methods of improving the body and brain, told about the results of their own research and held workshops. Busy program of the event allowed guests not only to receive useful knowledge, but also to learn to use it in real life. Event featured a demo area where exhibitors presented products designed to monitor health and improve wellbeing. Event was moderated by Candidate of Medical Sciences Lyudmyla Turova and a host of health TV shows Maryna Zaderko. Modern ways to achieve longevity Biogerontologist and founder of the School of longevity Oleksandr Kolyada analyzed the main differences between biohacking and a healthy lifestyle, and reviewed modern ways to increase life expectancy. He explained which factors trigger the aging process in the body and outlined three main pathways to achieving longevity. She clarified that this tool is more efficient and easier to use than other gene editing methods. Olga’s presentation also highlighted the principles of the technology and field of application. Thus, it can be used to study the nuclear localization of a gene, improve the qualities of agricultural plants, etc. The use of non-coding RNAs for treating diseases Presentation titled “Non-coding genome: classification, features, and prospects of use” was delivered by Presentation, senior research associate at the Department of General and Molecular Pathophysiology at Bohomolets Institute of Physiology at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
