Redcliffe Partners advised KKCG on the acquisition of global software platform Avenga

  Redcliffe Partners, acting as Ukrainian law counsel, together with Clifford Chance Prague as lead counsel, advised KKCG, a leading European investment and innovation group, on the acquisition of Avenga, a global end-to-end software engineering and consulting platform with 31 offices internationally. This acquisition is a significant milestone in the strategic development of KKCG’s technology pillar as Avenga’s integration enhances KKCG’s international presence. This consolidation positions KKCG Technologies as one of Europe’s largest digital transformation architects, enabling the company to cater to a diverse global client base. The transaction involved multiple jurisdictions. Particularly, Redcliffe Partners conducted agreed upon legal due diligence on Avengas subsidiaries in Ukraine and advised on various Ukrainian law matters related to the transaction.
