Redcliffe Partners announces that Albert Sych has joined the Firm as a partner effective 4 January 2022

  Albert Such has practised law for over 20 years, including 17 years at EY Ukraine, where he was a partner for the last eight years. While at EY, Albert set up and successfully led the Law practice of EY in Ukraine, and also served as a Law Quality Leader for EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia region. Albert has worked across many industries, including the energy/power, oil & gas, real estate and infrastructure, industrial, healthcare, financial services, media, agriculture and public sectors. He has broad experience in structuring, negotiating and executing complex and high-stakes business combinations, including public company mergers, portfolio company acquisitions and sales, carve-outs, SPACs, equity and joint venture arrangements. Albert has led to successful fruition several major nationwide reforms in Ukraine, including those in the healthcare, energy, financial and media sectors. He has worked on several first-ever and unique projects in Ukraine such as gas transmission system operator unbundling, production sharing agreements, concessions and other PPP, public broadcasting reform, corporate governance reform of the largest Ukrainian SOEs, transforming state hospitals and introducing a new state healthcare financing system.
