Redcliffe Partners strengthens its Banking & Finance and TMT practices with a new partner Andriy Nikiforov

  Leading Ukrainian law firm Redcliffe Partners is expanding its Banking & Finance practice with the hiring of a new partner, Andriy Nikiforov. Andriy is joining from Kinstellar, a major regional law firm, where he built the Ukrainian office’s banking & finance practice from scratch to reach Tier 2 according to Legal 500 and Tier 3 according to IFLR1000. Andriy has been practising law since 2003 and has acted on some of the most visible finance, debt restructuring, M&A and capital markets transactions in Ukraine across various industries, including financial institutions, telecom, technology, infrastructure and mining & metals. Most recently, he led the team that advised the EBRD on the financing of acquisition of Volia, the country’s leading pay-TV and cable broadband service provider, by Datagroup, a leading fibre infrastructure and digital services provider in Ukraine. Andriy is recognised by all major legal directories and is named among the Leading Individuals in Banking, finance and capital markets by Legal 500 2021 and Highly Regarded in Banking and Capital markets by IFLR1000 2020. Along with his extensive banking & finance experience, he brings impressive expertise in regulation of financial services and technology businesses.
