    Photo: Volodymyr Nikolaev The pursuit of success, no moment of weakness and no rest – is now broadcast from everywhere. But to achieve the same success you need the ability to focus, a fresh and clear mind, the ability to eliminate stress.  The mindfulness technique helps to deal with stress, focus attention, be open to the new and work effectively on the existing.  Mindfulness practice was introduced to the participants by Mindspot, the only Mindfulness Center in Ukraine, the center of attention and self-regulation skills development, which is located in Odessa, but operates all over Ukraine.  🌱 What is Mindfulness? «1. Deliberately. 2. We draw attention 3. What is happening at the moment 4. From an equilateral point”- this is how Mindspot explains the term. That is, to be here and now, to feel and live the moment. Be able to live without stress.  The obligatory part was practice. We tried several meditation techniques, worked with our breathing to eliminate emotional overload.  For those who were unfamiliar with the practice of mindfulness, this was a great insight.
