Scheduled tax audits in 2022 to be!

  Companies’ representatives had the opportunity to talk to Olena Harasymiak - the Tax Audit Department of the State Tax Service in Lviv region Head within the meeting on January 25, 2022. It was stressed, among the others, on the following: planned documentary inspections of legal entities will be under the Cabinet of Ministers` Resolution No. 89 of February 3, 2021. to optimize the audit time a taxpayer has an opportunity to provide inspectors with access to reporting documents electronic versions in advance; in the case where the chief accountant fell ill the company has an opportunity to postpone the tax inspection by notifying the tax inspector in advance. legal entities have the right to appeal the supervisory authority decision; the execution of the documents to confirm business transactions, according to the group in which the business entity is. Ms. Harasimiak appealed to taxpayers to duly prepare for inspections so that the planned tax visit passed calmly for the company and without stress for accounting and finance department employees. It was nice to hear from Olena Harasimyak that simple, transparent interaction with the tax authorities following current legislation is the key to speedy inspections. Thanks to the State Tax Service in the Lviv region for cooperation. We hope for its future continuation. We also thank all Association member companies for their participation!
