October results: ENGLISH for HR Intensive Online course

  English for HR intensive Online course, organized by the Southern Ukraine Office of the European Business Association in cooperation with the member-company Akkerman Solutions is actively continuing. Thus, during the last modules in October, participants shared their experiences and worked with documents relevant to their field, such as the Probation review form. In addition, during HR lectures, experts discussed various topics: resources for employees and talent management, training, motivation and rewards, evaluation methods, written communication - e-mails, reports, official letters etc. At the same time, during the lessons, the main aspects of the work of HR specialists are constantly discussed. In particular, at the 6th lesson, the topic of the On-boarding plan was discussed, so specialists studied the stages of a new employees entry into work. So, each lesson is aimed at practicing the topic in English. Participants have already completed half of the course and are actively leaving positive feedback about the program. We believe that the acquired knowledge will help improve the professional approach of HR specialists when interacting with employees and potential candidates! Future meetings will be even more interesting!
