Asters Partner Constantin Solyar admitted to the New York Bar

  Having successfully passed the New York Bar exam Constantin Solyar was admitted to the bar on June 27, 2018 allowing him to practice US law. In his role as Partner at Asters Constantin focuses on advising clients on a variety of international tax matters and structuring their investments across the USA and Europe. His practice areas include corporate, M&A, and business law. Constantin also advises a number of high-net-worth individuals on their inbound and outbound investments. He serves on the board of a non-state pension fund in Ukraine. During his studies at Harvard and in the course of preparation to the bar exam Constantin focused his studies on ethical regulation of lawyers conduct, trusts and estates, contract, corporate, family law, and international tax. All these areas are of key importance for the Firms tax and private clients practices and allow him to find solutions for the clients using sophisticated instruments of more developed jurisdictions.
