A new appointment in Bila Tserkva Industrial Park

  . Andriy Ropitskiy will head the industrial park from July 12, 2021. Bila Tserkva, July 12, 2021. — Andriy Ropitskiy was appointed as the Director of Bila Tserkva Industrial Park. In his new position, he will replace Volodymyr Khmurych, who ended his long-term cooperation with the industrial park and decided to continue his career outside the UFuture holding. Andriy Ropitskiy is well acquainted with industrial property development for production or logistics needs. Prior to the appointment, he has been holding the office of the Chief Business Development Officer of Іndustrial Park Management LLC for more than five years, the management company for two industrial parks, where he was in charge of the industrial park business plan implementation, profit-earning performance targets pursuing and key client partnership building. “Bila Tserkva Industrial Park is one among the few companies, which one can name a leader within the field. Yet today, a sustainable industrial ecosystem has been setting up within the limits of the industrial park. In order to minimize any adverse impact on the environment, sustainable production facilities and infrastructure amenities were constructed and put in operation. Green and sustainable technologies and industrial process utilization by the industrial park residents are encouraged and welcomed. The managing company improves the resource utilization efficacy. The utility networks fitted with automated systems of water, gas and powers consumption monitoring are connected to the Industrial Park boundaries and routed to the resident plots.    Any and all conditions were created within the Industrial Park for production placement for the last three years. Thereby, five production companies and one transportation and logistics company became the Park residents. 11 Ha of the industry land were developed. Under the development plan, we should develop 18 Ha of the land more and engage five residents till the end of the year 2022,” said Andriy Ropitskiy, commenting on his appointment. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Andriy Ropitskiy has 14 years of experience in the banking sector and development business. He held a number of positions in international banking institutions, including the territorial manager of Structured Trade and Export Finance at UniCredit Bank Ukraine. Andrey received a higher economic education at KNEU. He is certified by the SDA Bocconi School of Management for Risk Management and the EBRD under the Trade Development Program. Andriy is a guest trainer and expert of the project ‘Foundation of Best Practices for the Development of Industrial Parks and Industrial Real Estate in Eastern Ukraine’, which is implemented with the assistance of the USAID Economic Support to Eastern Ukraine Project. Bila Tserkva Industrial Park is a UFuture project that creates infrastructure and provides conditions for sustainable industrial development in Ukraine. The park of more than 70 hectares offers industrial land with all the engineering infrastructure and ready-made modern production, logistics, and storage facilities for rent or purchase. As of 2021, six companies are residents of the industrial park. UFuture is a holding company of Ukrainian entrepreneur Vasyl Khmelnytsky, which has a diversified portfolio of assets in real estate, infrastructure, industry, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, and IT. UFuture’s assets are valued at $500 million, and the total capitalization of the businesses in which it has invested is up to $1 billion.
