Following the results of marketing year 2020/2021 leaders on efficiency among elevators in structure of G.R. Agro in the following categories: The minimum cost of operating costs of the elevator per ton of received and shipped grain; Maximum turnover in% of the capacity of grain and oilseeds for the season 2020/2021 In the first nomination the winner was Razdorsky Elevator. With a certified storage volume of 12,000 tons, the company made 1.5 turnovers a year (18,350 tons) for the 2020/2021 season. At the same time, the operating costs for transshipment of 1 ton of grain amounted to UAH 71. In the nomination Maximum turnover in% of the capacity of grain and oilseeds was Barbarian elevator. With a certified storage volume at the elevator - 32,000 tons (up to the planned expansion to 38,000 tons), the company made 2 turnovers per year (63,940 tons / ton) for the 2020/2021 season. The efficiency of the elevator directly depends on the number of bottlenecks in the technological process in general and in individual areas in particular, as well as the quality of service provided to customers. To increase the performance of the enterprise and maintain positive dynamics, it is important to correctly identify these bottlenecks and take timely measures to eliminate them, as well as continuously improve the quality of customer service.
