  Sayenko Kharenko is delighted to announce the appointment of Nazar Chernyavsky, Partner, as Co-Chair of the Technology Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).  The Technology Law Committee of the International Bar Association brings legal professionals specialising in modern technologies. Collectively, these practitioners tackle the challenges of the ever-evolving legal landscape shaped by new technologies.  Established in 1947, the International Bar Association (IBA) is the premier organisation for international legal practitioners, bar associations, law firms, and law societies. With a membership exceeding 80,000 individual lawyers and encompassing nearly 190 bar associations and law societies across over 170 countries, the IBA significantly influences international law reform and plays a pivotal role in shaping the legal profession’s future worldwide.  In his new role as Co-Chair of the Technology Law Committee, Nazar Chernyavsky will contribute his expertise and leadership to advance the understanding and practice of technology law on the global stage.  “I am deeply honoured to assume the role of Co-Chair of the Technology Law Committee.
