We have changed the logo to convey our strategic idea

  City One Development, a full service development company, has changed the logo. Now it looks more modern, dynamic, and most importantly – reflects the companys strategy: complex development of territories, creation of urban space for life, work and creativity of a man of today. Changes occurred in the stylistics of the logo and company’s graphics. It is the latter that now more emphasizes stability and confidence of the company that were achieved by years of work and successful business activity on the market. The brand descriptor - development - has turned into the letter “D”, which symbolically resembles the “Play” button. The logo, which previously had had a foundation of several lines, has now got a more dynamic shape, losing the bottom row. The words “City” and “One” in the logo emphasized the brand strategy and reflected its semiotics importance. Background report City One Development is a full service development company, which implements a full range of services in the field of creation and development of real estate. The company started its activity in the country market in 2006, and in 2010 it was officially registered under the name City One Development. Today the company employs over 150 employees and the portfolio of its projects lists over 700,000 m2 of already sold construction volume, as well as 569,341 m2 of new construction. The company implements conceptual projects of complex development of territories in the capital, including: Novopecherski Lypky business class quarter, Boulevard of Fountains premium class residential complex, Sviatobor comfort class residential complex. A number of the company’s new projects is now under designing.
